Choose your pathway: Beginner Bootcamps, Junior Programs, Intermediate and Advanced Sessions, or Private Coaching tailored to your goals.

1 / Beginner's Bootcamp - New to Pickleball? Let's Make This Fun

You don't need to be fit, coordinated, or sporty. You just need to show up and be willing to laugh at yourself. That's it.

The Beginner's Bootcamp is where everyone starts – four weeks of foundations, taught in a way that actually makes sense. We cover serves, returns, dinking, the mysterious third shot, and how to stop panicking at the net.

No one's judging your footwork. No one cares if you miss. We're all here to get better and have a laugh doing it. By week four, you'll be playing real games and wondering why you didn't start sooner.

What You'll Learn:

  • How to serve (and return) without fear

  • Dinking with patience and purpose

  • The third shot: drop or drive?

  • Positioning, movement, and why the kitchen isn't scary

  • Game rules, etiquette, and how to keep score without losing your mind

Format:

  • 4 weeks, one session per week (1 hour each)

  • Small groups (max 8-10 players)

  • Strathdale Park Tennis Club, Bendigo

Investment: $100 (includes $67 worth of online course materials – see below)

Bonus: Sign up for the Bootcamp and get lifetime access to the Beginner's Bootcamp Video Course ($67 value) – watch, rewatch, and drill the fundamentals whenever you need a refresher.

3 / Intermediate and Advanced Coaching

You've got the basics. Now let's sharpen the edges..

If you're playing regularly, competing in tournaments, or just sick of losing to the same people, this is where you belong. These sessions focus on tactical depth, decision-making under pressure, and the mental game that separates 3.5s from 4.5s.

STRIP Sessions (By arrangement)

What It Is: Strength. Tone via Repetitions. Ideas. Pressure.

Small-group advanced coaching for players rated 3.5-5.0+ DUPR. We drill specific scenarios (kitchen battles, transition volleys, serve-return patterns), introduce tactical concepts, then apply them under match pressure. Expect to sweat, think, and occasionally fail fabulously.

When: By arrangement

Where: Strathdale Park, Bendigo

Who It's For: Players with consistent fundamentals looking to develop tactical sophistication and mental resilience.

Investment: $25 per session (casual) or $90 for 4-week block

Beyond Beginner Series (Tuesdays)

What It Is: You've finished the Bootcamp (or you've been playing for a while) and you're ready for the next layer. This progressive series builds on your foundations with deeper tactical concepts, pattern recognition, and shot selection under pressure.

We cover third shot decision-making, dinking with intent, transition play, and the mental game that keeps you competitive when the points matter. Think of it as the bridge between "I can play" and "I can compete."

When: Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm

Where: Strathdale Park, Bendigo

Who It's For: Post-bootcamp players or anyone rated 2.5-3.5 DUPR looking to level up systematically.

Investment: $20 per session (casual) or $70 for 4-week block

The Five Pillars Sessions

What It Is: Our signature coaching philosophy brought to life on court. Each session focuses on one of the Five Pillars of Pickleosophy: Always Be Learning, Play with Purpose, Be Predictably Unpredictable, There Is No Spoon, and Have Fun Failing Fabulously.

These aren't just motivational slogans – they're tactical frameworks that change how you think about the game. We rotate through the pillars monthly, diving deep into how each one applies to your shot selection, positioning, and mindset.

When: New Times Available

Where: Strathdale Park, Bendigo

Who It's For: Any player who wants to understand the why behind the what. These sessions work for all levels because the pillars scale with you

Investment: $22 per session (casual) or $80 for 4-week pillar cycle

Maybe you're prepping for a tournament. Maybe you've plateaued and can't figure out why. Maybe you just want someone to watch you play and tell you the truth.

Private coaching is where we dig into your game – your strengths, your weaknesses, your habits, and the fastest path to improvement. No generic drills. No wasted time. Just focused work on the things that matter most for you.
